No visit to Dublin is complete without stopping in a traditional Irish pub for a pint, food and music.  Dublin is known for its pub scene and is a popular destination for visitors who want to experience the Irish pub culture.

A pub, also known as a "Public House", for centuries has been known as the living room of the Irish. There are many pubs in Dublin that offer different experiences, from historic to modern, from literary to musical, from craft beer to Irish whiskey.  

Here are our Top 10 Pubs to visit in Dublin and a visit to any of them will not disppoint.

  1. 1)  The Brazen Head ​– Est. 1198 and oldest pub in Dublin and great for your first day…very authentic with good food and music. 

  2. When you visit, look around and just imagine the the Irish have been drinking and making merry in this pub over 300 years before America was discovered. 

  1. 2) The Temple Bar – Temple Bar district is famous for many different bars, so check many out in this area (can get loud and crowded at night)
