COVID-19 WAIVER
Top Group Travel is taking many steps to thoroughly vet our hotel, airline, and other suppliers to ensure that they are taking all the necessary precautions and following the recommended guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and other governing authorities. However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 continues to exist in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 cases and deaths have been reported in all 50 states and across the globe and senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By traveling, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other airborne viruses. You also agree to testing and providing proof of vaccination as required by your destination or travel suppliers. While we do our best to provide you with up-to-date information, we cannot be liable if you become sick or contract COVID-19 during travel and recommend each traveler to assess their level of risk tolerance. We urge you to check the latest guidance from the CDC, the State Department travel advisories, as well as review the individual supplier's websites before traveling:

ROYAL CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL
HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT (copied from their webpage and subject to change)
Exposure to pathogens (such as the virus that causes COVID-19) is an inherent risk in places where people gather and may result in severe illness or death. Exposure may occur at any point during your voyage, onboard or ashore. Remaining onboard at all times during your voyage will not prevent exposure because pathogens may be brought onboard by others, including passengers who choose to participate in shore excursions or activities ashore in our various ports of calls or private destinations. Our health and safety measures mitigate the risk of exposure but cannot eliminate it entirely. Before booking or sailing on a cruise, all guests should consider their individual risk level for severe illness resulting from pathogen exposure and make an informed travel decision on that basis. We recommend guests with a higher risk of severe illness consult with their doctor prior to booking or sailing with us.
By booking a cruise with us, on behalf of yourself and/or others for whom you are acting (collectively “you” or “your”), you acknowledge that you understand the risks related to exposure to pathogens and their resulting illnesses while cruising with us, including those relating to guests who are at a higher risk of severe illness. Further, you agree to review and comply with our Guest Health, Safety and Conduct Policy, as well any of our health or safety instructions, or other posted signage. Failure to do so will lead to you being denied boarding or may constitute cause for your removal, as well as the denial of boarding or removal of your traveling party, from the vessel. Finally, you acknowledge that we will collect and use personal information, including health information, in connection with these measures, and may disclose it to health or port authorities, if required.
For the latest protocols, visit the Healthy Sail Center or royalcaribbean.com/health

AIRFARE (only applicable if we book your air travel):
a. General Conditions Governing Air Transport
Airline tickets are highly restrictive, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Modification of passenger names, dates, times, routings, or departure/arrival airports is at the sole discretion of the airline and, if permitted, will likely be subject to a substantial change fee. Passenger is responsible for any such fees. Regarding the purchase of air tickets, Top Group Travel acts simply as an intermediary between you and the airline. Once you book a reservation, your credit card or debit card will be charged for the amount shown – regardless of whether the reservation is used. Credit will not be given for any unused airline tickets and cannot be used toward any future bookings.Seat assignments are subject to the airlines policies and may not be able to be made until you are at the airport on the day of departure. Airline tickets booked through Top Group Travel may not be eligible to earn frequent flyer miles. You agree to confirm all bookings with the airline prior to the stated date of departure (Top Group Travel recommends confirming 48 hours prior) and check in online for your boarding passes 23 hours prior to departure.
Direct flights may be “non-stop” or may involve one or more stopovers (in the latter case this means the same flight by the airline, because the flight number remains the same). The same applies to connecting flights that may be subject to crew changes. When you reserve a scheduled or charter flight involving a stop-over in a town, and the second flight takes off from a different airport to the airport of arrival, ensure that you have sufficient time for reaching the second airport. The journey to the other airport is at your own expense. Top Group Travel will not reimburse you for these costs, nor will it be liable if you miss the second flight.
Top Group Travel’s responsibilities in respect to air travel are limited by the relevant airline’s conditions of carriage. The airline fulfilling your contract for carriage may change from the airline mentioned by Top Group Travel. Top Group Travel is not able to specify the type of aircraft to be used by any airline. If an airline cancels or delays a flight, you must work directly with the airline to ensure you arrive at your destination on or ahead of time. Top Group Travel will not provide any refund for Trips missed, in part or full.
b. Luggage
Each airline has its own policy regarding luggage. We recommend that you check with your airline ahead of time for any weight restrictions and additional charges relating to checked baggage. You will be responsible for paying to the airline any additional charges for checked or overweight baggage, including, but not limited to, golf bags, ski equipment and oversized luggage. If you exceed the weight limit set by your airline, and excess weight is permitted, you must pay a supplement directly to the airline at the airport. The airline is liable to you for the baggage you entrust to it only for the compensation contemplated in the international conventions and relevant statutes. In the event of damage, late forwarding, theft or loss of luggage, you should contact your airline and declare the damage, absence or loss of your personal effects before leaving the airport, and then submit a declaration, attaching the originals of the following documents: the travel ticket, the baggage check-in slip, and the declaration. Top Group Travel strongly recommends that you obtain an insurance policy covering the value of your items.
c. Limitation of Liability for Air Transport
In addition to the limitations of liability set forth above, you agree that Top Group Travel is not liable for any damages arising from or related to any airline timetable changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, mechanical problems, inclement weather, seating reassignments, lost/delayed baggage, screening and security delays, refused boarding or failure to check-in properly.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
I understand travel insurance has been offered to me for purchase to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy, trip interruption and/or the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency. If I choose not to purchase travel insurance or if I purchase travel insurance on my own, I agree not to hold Top Group Travel responsible for any liabilities or financial losses I may incur associated with my travel purchases.
PHOTO RELEASE:
I agree to grant to Top Group Travel and its authorized representatives' permission to record on photography film and/or video, pictures of my participation along with the other guests I am registering for this event. I further agree that any or all the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, videos, webpage or other printed or digital media or materials used to promote Top Group Travel, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Some countries have a very strict policy of denying entry to those with criminal convictions, Canada is a one of those. If you have a criminal conviction, it is your responsibility to ensure that you can enter the countries on your trip. Being denied entry or ability to board the ship is not covered by insurance and not subject to refund of any portion of your vacation costs. Owing back child support can also be grounds for denial of travel.
2. Pregnancy: If you are pregnant or may become pregnant, it is important to ensure you meet the conditions of travel for your trip or cruise (generally not beyond 24 weeks at any point during the cruise). All these issues are your responsibility to comply with and no refunds will be granted for any denial of travel.
3. In some locations, your aircraft may be subject to insecticide spraying prior to the flight or while you are on the aircraft, you are strongly encouraged to always check the list of countries that require airlines to treat the passenger cabin with insecticides http://alturl.com/3rtty as this list is updated regularly.
4. I understand that these terms are binding and that any dispute I may have must be resolved only by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Palm Beach County, Florida in which Top Group Travel is located.
